Return Policy



Bearing Product Return & Exchange Policy



Thank you for choosing our products. To ensure quality control and customer satisfaction, we have established the following policy regarding the return and exchange of bearing products:


1. Validity Period


Quality Issues: For manufacturing defects (e.g., abnormal noise, dimensional deviations), applications for full refund or exchange must be made within 15 days of receipt.

No-Reason Returns: For non-quality issues, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the product remains in resalable condition.


2. Conditions for Returns


Bearings are high-precision components. To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

Original Packaging: The original factory packaging (box, anti-rust paper, sealed plastic bag) must be intact and unopened.

Uninstalled: The bearing must show no signs of installation, hammering, or test-running.

Perfect Condition: The product surface must be free of rust, contamination, or extra grease. All accessories (certificates, manuals) must be included.


3. Non-Returnable Items


Products with rust or moisture damage due to improper storage by the customer.

Products where the factory-sealed plastic bag or protective wrap has been opened.

Custom-made or non-standard bearings.

Requests made after the expiration of the specified warranty/return period.


4. Shipping Costs


Defective or Incorrect Items: Shipping costs (both ways) will be covered by our company.

Personal Reasons (Wrong model/Excess stock): Shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer must ensure secure packaging to prevent transit damage.


5. Process


Application: Contact our sales representative with your Order ID and photos of the product.

Review: We will review your request within 24 hours and provide a return address.

Inspection: Upon arrival, our technicians will inspect the product for quality and condition.

Resolution: Once approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 2 business days.
